Roots Student Ministry at First Baptist East Bernstadt is headed to camp today. I certainly would appreciate your prayers for us. This camp is a lot of fun and I know we’re going to have a great time. At the same time I’m praying God would do awesome things in the lives of our students. Here are a few specific ways you can pray for us while we’re gone:

• Pray for safety in our travels and in our enjoyment of the many activities there.

• Pray for community—that we would grow closer together as a group.

• Pray that students grow deeper in their walk with God and take their relationship with him more seriously.

• Pray for salvations—that some of our students would trust Christ as their Savior.

• Pray that God would call some students to vocational ministry.

We would love for you to pray for us in these ways. I am so looking forward to camp as my relationship with students always deepens in these types of environments. Prayer is powerful. Please partner with us!
