No matter what translation your church uses, if you’re a preacher, a good preaching Bible is a must. Typically, I think a good preaching Bible utilizes a verse-by-verse format. Some folks like preaching from a paragraph edition and others who are just reading like verse-by-verse. One size doesn’t fit all, but either way, the NKJV Preaching Bible from Thomas Nelson that I’m reviewing today is worth your attention…
I’m really excited about the Bible I get to share with you today. Admittedly, it’s not for everyone given the name, but honestly, whether you’re a preacher or not, I think you will really like this Bible. The ESV Preaching Bible from Crossway is what I would almost consider my perfect Bible for preaching
Crossway and Joel Beeke have teamed up to release what I think is a valuable resource for pastors and teachers. No matter what tribe or camp you fall into, I think you will benefit and find Reformed Preaching to be a book worthy of your shelf space!
