Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I mostly write about Christian Living, but I enjoy the Kentucky Wildcats, New Orleans Saints, and a good cup of coffee.

It’s no secret that I’m a big fan of children’s books. I’m an even bigger fan when they are put out by The Good Book Company. One of their newest children’s books is called Wherever You Go, I Want You to Know… and it’s written by Melissa Kruger and Illustrated by Isobel Lundie.

This book puts me in the mind of Dr. Seuss and it may be intended to be that way. The story rhymes and the illustrations seem to have a Suess style about them. The big difference is that this book has a BIG message.

Let me just be real, this book made me cry as I read it to my girls. Christian parents, like any parents, have big dreams for their children. They want to see them grow and succeed. They want to see them achieve great things. The biggest difference is that Christian parents desire for their children to be Christians too. They want them to know that is the most important thing.

That is the message of this book. Christian moms and dads want to see their kids excel and they want to see them treasure Christ most of all. As you read this to your child, they will hear that your biggest dream for them is that they would love Jesus. It’s a powerful message that is beautifully written and illustrated.

You can pick up your copy of Wherever You Go, I Want You to Know on Amazon. (affiliate)
