The NLT Giant Print Personal Size in Olive Green Genuine Leather

I lament the fact that Tyndale currently isn’t making any premium NLT’s. However, they are releasing some really nice genuine leather options and I’m excited that they’re putting some out in olive green! I love a green Bible and this Giant Print Personal Size is really nice!

The leather itself feels great. The gold writing on the spine compliments the dark green nicely and the gold page edges also add a really nice accent color. There are olive green head and tail bands and a matching ribbon bookmark that is just begging for an upgrade.

There is a black vinyl paste-down liner with vinyl end sheets on the inside. The paper seems nice and thick and the type appears to be line matched. The layout is set in a double column format with translation notes at the bottom right. The type itself is a very nice 12 point! I love a big type size and even with such a generous size, this Bible still feels great in the hand. Word of Christ are in red.

This Bible contains Tyndale’s signature Filament feature, which is a handy tool if you use it. The back also contains a full color visual overview of the Bible.

All in all, I think this is a great new offering from Tyndale. I love the cover, type size, and footprint of the Bible. If you’re an NLT fan then you’ll be sure to love this one!
