Just when I think Bible publishers have done it all they go and surprise me again. I opened this Bible and was just absolutely blown away. This Bible is gorgeous from top to bottom and front to back. Today I’m reviewing the gray genuine leather NKJV Classic Verse-by-Verse Center-Column Reference Bible.
Thomas Nelson has really been stepping up their game in the premium Bible department. I’ve recently come to love and appreciate the New King James Version as a translation and I’ve also discovered a love for Bibles in the verse-by-verse page layout. That’s why I jumped at the opportunity to review Thomas Nelson’s Premier Collection NKJV Verse-by-Verse Center-Column Reference Bible.
I’ve been hearing a lot lately about verse-by-verse Bibles. If you’re not familiar with verse-by-verse Bibles, the unique thing about them is that each verse starts on a new line rather than being laid out in paragraph form. This is especially useful if you’re leading a Bible study or preaching because you can locate verses quickly and easily. You don’t have to be a preacher or leader to enjoy this layout, though. It makes for a unique reading experience where you can clearly identify each verse.
