Welcome to my blog. I mostly write about Christian Living, but I enjoy the Kentucky Wildcats, New Orleans Saints, and a good cup of coffee.
All in LSB
The Legacy Standard Bible seems to be a translation that I can’t help but love. I’ve completely read through it and I love many of the translation choices and features. I’m always excited when new editions are releasing and I am especially excited about the edition I’m reviewing today.
I’m a huge fan of Scripture Notebooks. I have found their possibilities to be endless and I enjoy using them for just about everything. As a lover of premium Bibles, I rarely find myself wanting to mark in a Bible. That’s where Scripture Notebooks are so brilliant. They are portable and the price is right. You can buy one, mark it up, and buy another. They are also really well made!
At this point, I’ve been blessed to handle a lot of rebinds, but I may be most impressed by the one I’m about to share. This isn’t just a rebind. It’s a complete transformation! I asked Neil McCauley at Resurrection Rebinding to take my hardcover LSB Wide Margin and give it the premium treatment. The results are stunning and I can’t believe it’s the same Bible! Let’s take a closer look at this total transformation.
There’s something to be said for a good hardcover. They are workhorses. They’re durable and can stand up to being put in a backpack or messenger bag. They’re cost effective. In the case of the LSB Large Print Wide Margin from Steadfast Bibles, it is really, really nice! Let’s talk about what makes this hardcover such a great Bible!
I’m excited to bring this review because of the generosity and kindness of several of my followers on Instagram. Because of them I purchased this Bible and am able to review it and I am incredibly grateful for each of those individuals.
